- Care enquiries. When you submit the contact form we receive your name, phone number, email address, and whatever details you include about the care you are seeking.
- Caregiver applications. When you apply through our hiring form we receive your name, phone number, email address, stated availability, experience and certifications, any notes you add, and your CV or resume if you attach one.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.
Please do not send medical details through this website
Our website forms are for general enquiries and job applications. They are
not a secure channel for protected health information (PHI).
Please do not include diagnoses, medical records, insurance identifiers or
other clinical details in a web form. If you need to discuss medical
information, call us at (408) 217-2462 and we will arrange a secure method.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a care consultation.
- To assess and process caregiver applications.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for

Who else handles your information
Form submissions are delivered to our mailboxes by a third-party form
delivery service. Your submission — including any attached CV — passes through
that provider in order to reach us. Our website is hosted by a third-party
hosting provider that stores the site and its server logs. These providers
process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own
purposes.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect the
rights, safety and property of our clients, staff or company.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not run third-party advertising pixels or cross-site
tracking. WordPress may set functional cookies where needed, for example if you
leave a comment or log in.
How long we keep it
Care enquiries are retained only as long as needed to respond and to meet
record-keeping obligations. Caregiver applications are retained for our
recruitment records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time
using the contact details above.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California
Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected and how it is used.
- Request deletion of personal information we hold about you.
